Findings II (cycling)

Compared to last year so this winter is a bit milder (in terms of the the snow and Eisaufkommen). I am all out since early January, managed units planned to go outside. What is new are the hard-interval units from the triathlon scene 5-week program role. As I said, how far these units have already brought some form of striking hard at the moment.

Conclusion: I'm happy with my bike training, I realized that I made up my mind I myself do not feel overwhelmed, simply open the form I test later.
